Oakland Raiders running backs Darren McFadden and Mike
Goodson, who are each dealing with high ankle sprains, continued to sport
walking boots during Wednesday’s practice. Coach Dennis Allen termed both
players questionable to suit up in time for Sunday’s contest against the New
Orleans Saints, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

Raiders running backs Darren McFadden and Mike Goodson are still in walking boots, cushioning their high ankle sprains. They obviously missed practice Wednesday and coach Dennis Allen said it’s “questionable” that they are back in time for Sunday’s game.
His facial expression practically threw on a “highly” on top of the “questionable.”
If the Raiders are once again without McFadden and Goodson,
Allen said he expects to use a “similar rotation” at running back against the
Saints. This would include a three-man attack between fullback Marcel Reece and
running backs Jeremy Stewart and Taiwan Jones. None of the trio received more
than 13 carries last week.
Beyond McFadden and Goodson, defensive lineman Richard
Seymour (hamstring) and starting safeties Tyvon Branch (neck) and Matt Giordano
(concussion) also missed practice yesterday.
