As first reported by Adam Schefter, the San Diego Chargers are expected to name former Indianapolis Colts' VP of football operations Tom Telesco as their new General Manager.
Telesco has spent 15 years with the Indianapolis Colts organization (1998-2012). He was promoted to Vice President of football operations in February, 2012 after spending the previous six years as the team's director of player personnel.
Telesco's first move will likely come quickly as the Chargers are currently looking to fill their vacant head coaching spot. If Telesco can bring in some talented personnel and a talented head coach, then the Chargers are sitting pretty in 2013.

On the day the Chargers are expected to name their new GM, Colts VP of football operations Tom Telesco is back in San Diego. With the hiring of Telesco, it is looking more and more likely that the Chargers will hire Bruce Arians as their new head coach. Arians, like Telesco, spent last season with the Indianapolis Colts. If Arians was to leave Indy and become a head coach, I'm sure he'd want to go somewhere that he would be comfortable.
